Are your prints digital or physical?
All of our prints are physical products, carefully packaged and shipped to your door—ready for framing and display!
Are frames included with my order?
We want you to have the flexibility to choose frames that perfectly match your style and space, so we only sell prints. This way, you can personalize your display just the way you like it!
What sizes are available for the prints?
Our prints are available in A4, A3, and A2 sizes, so you can choose the perfect fit for your space.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since our prints are made with care and designed to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to make things right!
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please reach out to us within an hour of placing it. While we can’t guarantee changes after an order is placed, we’ll do our very best to accommodate your request!
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it. Send us an email with your order number and photos of the damage, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Do you ship outside New Zealand?
Currently, we only ship within New Zealand-wide. We hope to offer international shipping soon—stay tuned!
How long does delivery take?
3-5 business days. Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking email so you can keep an eye on its progress!
